If it’s the middle of the summer, try to keep your windows and doors closed as much as possible to keep your home cool. If the temperature in your home is already soaring, open windows and try to promote airflow throughout the house. Once the temperature is in the triple digits, there’s not too much you can do to cool your home down during the heat of the day. If there’s somewhere you can go (a relative’s, a neighbor’s house, the mall, etc.) do that during the hottest part of the day.
