COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information and Policy Changes
Current events have led to the majority of people in Texas self-quarantining as to “flatten the curve” and drastically reduce the potential spread of COVID-19, or the coronavirus. We want everyone to know that we’re still operating at full capacity – if you’re staying at home and you’re not as comfortable as possible, we’re here to help in any way that we can!
As a family-owned and operated company, we value your family’s health and wellbeing above all else. With that in mind, we’ve put in place a few new policies to keep both our technicians and everyone in your home safe:

Our technicians will be wearing both gloves and masks for all appointments, both of which are changed before each new appointment. This is to protect your home, your family, and our technicians.

Before any appointment, your technician will reach out to you to see if anyone in your home is currently or has recently been ill. If so, we will reschedule the appointment after discussing further.

We ask that you limit the number of people in your household that come in contact with our technicians and kindly request that children are kept away from our technicians throughout the appointment to minimize any potential risk.

We continue to monitor the situation as it develops and will always adhere to the recommendations of the CDC and the City of Georgetown.
