Warm weather is right around the corner, and the summers in central Texas can be grueling. With how much you’ll be utilizing your HVAC system to keep your home nice and cool, it’s important to think about keeping it running at full capacity! If you want your home to remain comfortable this summer and in the warmer months to come, it’s time to join Aero’s Routine HVAC Maintenance Program!
We maintain our car by changing the oil and our home by cleaning it, but what are you doing for your air conditioning and heating equipment? Did you know that a new system can cost up to $12,000? You can get a pretty decent car for that yet, even still, many people do not maintain their HVAC system. Your HVAC system is a major investment in your home (and has a major impact on the resale cost if you’re thinking about moving,) it’s vital that you protect your investment through routine HVAC maintenance – and there’s no easier way to ensure that maintenance is performed than by enrolling in our maintenance program!
In a nutshell, we’ll come out twice a year to make sure that your system is still in tip-top shape. This includes giving a check-up to both the inside and outside portion of your system as well as taking a look at your ductwork, thermostat, and anything else that contributes to keeping your home comfortable all year long. If you’re having trouble with any component of your system or you have any concerns about your A/C’s performance, we’re happy to address those issues!
There is no catch! We’re here to create relationships and serve central Texas for the long haul and for us, that means keeping your systems running for as long as possible! Just because you can replace your system doesn’t always mean that you should. We specialize in keeping your current system happy – but to do that, we need to make sure it’s routinely maintained!
In the simplest way possible – by giving us a call! If you’re having a hectic day or can’t find the time to drop us a line, you can leave us a message here and we’ll get with you as soon as possible to coordinate schedules.
